Website hosting services are generally renewed on an annual basis. Hosting renewal fees are payable annually and are non-refundable once the applicable hosting period has commenced. Where hosting services are provided and managed by OpulencePlex, OpulencePlex may not provide the client with direct access to the underlying hosting account, server, or hosting control panel. OpulencePlex will manage the hosting environment as necessary to provide and maintain the agreed services.
